Nikki was born and raised in Elizabethton and currently resides on beautiful Boone Lake in Piney Flats where she, her lab and two schnauzers enjoy lake living. Nikki's living on the lake has heightened her learning of lake homes and land considerably. She not only has a strong knowledge of lake listings, but also commercial properties, farms, lots, multi-family investments, and any type of property you run across.
Nikki is no stranger to the real estate business and is passionate about her work. She began working at her family's business at a very young age with her father as her mentor. Gail has worked in real estate for over 27 years. She and her husband Bob live in Roan Mountain. She received her real estate license in July 1989 and her Broker’s License in August 2003. She worked with Realty World in Johnson City for six years. She worked as a realtor in Elizabethton from 2003 until becoming Principal Broker with Realty Executives Stout Real Estate in 2006.
She was certified by the National Association of Realtors as an e-PRO internet professional in 2005. Gail is a Credit Default Resolution Specialist having completed her CDRS training in 2009.
Gail and Bob were among the first people to see the potential for second home purchases in our beautiful mountain area. They developed Laurel Highlands and Anne Leigh’s View, two restricted residential subdivisions in Roan Mountain. Gail and Bob were owner managers of Bob’s Dairyland in Roan Mountain and O’dellys Restaurant in Valley Forge. They were involved in the hospitality industry for many years.
